If your child needs physical examination or vaccination, but you are low income and don't have any health insurance for your child, we are able to enroll your child under CHDP Gateway program and get a temporary Medi-cal, so that your child could immediately have the physical exam and required vaccination with no cost to you. We could also assist you apply for Medi-cal, Healthy family or Healthy Kids, if you have no health Insurance.
Doctor Abraham Golbari is also certified Family Pact Provider. If you need Family Planning services or you or partner are worried to have STD, but you have no health Insurances to see a doctor or even if your health Insurance does not have any coverage for family planning, you may be qualified to get family planning services at no cost to you. Under the Family Pact program you could be qualified to get physical exam, family planning consultation, blood test, prescription for birth control pill or depot shot and much more, for free, if you are qualified.
